This thing works great. The app on my samsung Galaxy phone was easy, I had trouble using it. I finally put my phone upside down and hir the rotate button so it was like I was watching without the phone. Move slowly when you get deeper in there. Highly recommend if you have ear wax problems.

Worked Wonders
I've had this pea stuck in my ear before my first child was born. 7-8yrs now. Was such a nuisance. I've thanked God just about everyday since this thing was able to help me get it out. Didn't have to pay $250+ just for a consultation from an ENT! Only thing I didn't like about the product was the blue pieces.
