When I read the reviews it made me so nervous bc the low rates and negative but to be honest im only 28 yrs old and deaf in my left ear. This works really good i can hear more then my right ear its comfortable, easy to adjust, small enough that no one notices it *Unless you put up your hair*, im use to using subtitles on everything but It will give time to get use to without using it ^.^. I ware glasses it dosent bother me at all. The best part is I dont have to raise my voice. Plus the style people think its bluetooth head set ;) the case is super cool and organized to travel and put in when your not using it. I recommend this ♡♡♡♡ its a change to my life now.

The Britzgo is a major breakthrough because it will operate on 1.5 volt. This extends the battery life to a week or more. However I have two that have failed in the last six month. I bought new ones because I can't find anything better. It need a smaller speaker and a way to visually determine the volume setting. That is the reason for a rotating knob on most audio amplifiers. I'm pleased with being able to understand the words others speak. Easy to set. The wire has a 'weak' point; the wire that runs to the earplug. That is a place where a break might occur. Otherwise, I'm enjoying being able to interact with a smile.

Got it for my 92 years old grandma and it works just fine! I used to put the TV volume almost on maximum and with this amplifier it helped so much to the point where I can talk without yelling or putting the t.v. on max volume! Totally worth every penny!

Works good only one ive found that works for me. Some difficulty adjusting the sound but works good.

As soon as my dad put it over his ear he could hear perfectly!! Not sure how to use the program part but we have it on normal mode.. we're ALL very happy with this hearing aid.
