Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

No rain

A.Reason: The amount of essential oil is too much. and the rain holes are blocked and cannot drip naturally

answer: We should reduce the amount of essential oil and wash the rain holes with alcohol

B.Reason: The capillaries in the air fallinto the water. Rain holes are more likely to be blocked by falling fibers.

answer: We should give the open mushroom lid. Rinse the rain holes with plenty of water. Then replace it with clean water.

No Mist

A.Reason: Long-term use but not frequent washing. Both essential oils and limescale can clog the atomization holes.

answer: We should pour alcohol into a water reservoir to dissolve the essential oil.
