It's a nice product, fits comfortably and although my relief was temporary, I would recommend it. Certainly, for the cold use. Be careful, as it will brain-freeze if you don't let it sit at room temperature after being in the freezer. I have used it less on the warmer side and again, make sure you check the temperature before use, when taking it from the microwave
