Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all original labels attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns caused by personal reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or no longer wanting the item).
Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

Please do not return items to the address listed on your original shipping label. This is not our official return address, and unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.
Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method used during checkout.

Those who say the focus isn't good probably haven't noticed there are two knobs, lol. My kid figured it out in no time! This is my second time ordering from TinyScopes, and I have to say, I'm really impressed again. Oh and this time they threw in a free watch, which honestly looks way more premium than I expected!

It works, it's so cool. The lens is very small so if you're trying to look at a bread crumb it's going to be challenging, but a leaf or anything bigger you can see very well after some fiddling with the focus. That leaf image is x120 magnification, and my 9yo granddaughter seemed to be very excited that you can see all that detail. Honestly, I am impressed and glad I bought this for her.
